1. Services Provided
E1SOL offers a comprehensive range of IT services, including but not limited to:
- Web Development: Custom website design and development, e-commerce solutions, CMS development, web application development.
- Digital Marketing: Social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, PPC advertising.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): On-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Graphic Designing: Logo design, branding, print design, digital graphics, and UI/UX design.
2. Client Obligations
Clients are required to provide all necessary functional information before the commencement of any project. This includes, but is not limited to, requirements documentation, access credentials, and any other relevant information needed for the project. Delays in providing such information may result in project timeline adjustments.
3. Revisions Policy
- During Development: We offer unlimited revisions during the development phase to ensure that the final product meets the client’s expectations and requirements. Clients are encouraged to provide timely and detailed feedback to facilitate this process.
- Post-Completion: After the project has been completed and delivered, we provide a limited number of revisions as specified in the project agreement. These revisions are intended to address any minor adjustments or corrections needed after the initial delivery.
4. Payment Terms
- Upfront Payment: A 50% upfront payment is required before the commencement of any project. This ensures that both parties are committed to the project and allows us to allocate resources accordingly.
- Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon the successful delivery and acceptance of the project by the client. Payment must be made within [specified time frame, e.g., 30 days] of delivery.
- Hourly and Project Basis: We offer flexible payment structures, including both hourly rates and fixed project fees. The specific terms will be detailed in the project contract.
5. Confidentiality
E1SOL is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of any information provided by the client. We do not share any client information with third parties outside of E1SOL without explicit consent from the client. All data and information provided to us will be used solely for the purpose of completing the project and will be stored securely.

7. Limitation of Liability
E1SOL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided. Our liability for any claims related to the services provided is limited to the amount paid by the client for those services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination. Any deposits or prepayments are non-refundable.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
E1SOL reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
